Is this why Clark's numbers are rising in New Hampshire?

When 600 Democrats and independents were asked to choose, from a list of eight, the most important personal quality in a candidate, integrity was tops at 26 percent. "Strong leadership" followed at 20 percent and "best chance to win" came in at 15 percent.
In New Hampshire it is a matter of local pride to sound knowledgeable about politics. Veteran pollster Dick Bennett, who has been taking surveys for 27 years in his native state, explained that what strangers didn't understand was how local politics is in New Hampshire.
"We know our politicians," he said. "We know our state legislators. They know us. This is a very close community and there are expectations of the people who get our vote. If they don't live up to those expectations, we will know about it and we will hold them accountable."
