Congressman Ben Chandler (KY) to endorse Obama today; SD margin holds at 20

The endorsement means Obama will have the backing of both of Kentucky's Democratic congressmen leading into the state's May 20 presidential primary.

Superdelegate count (Total Delegates pledged + SD): Clinton - 258 (1594); Obama - 238 (1728).
Clinton held a Superdelegate lead of 97 as of Feb. 10, 2008.

3. Wow...this is great news...
He's my rep and a tad conservative....let's just say I wouldn't call him a Kennedy liberal but he is a good guy. I am very glad that he is supporting Obama. The Kentucky Dems are a bit split; the former State DEC Chair, Jerry Lundegran is supporting Hillary and he is not well-liked by the Democrats that I know in this state. I guess we are like all other states; polarized on the primary. I still believe that Hillary will win the KY Primary because this is a more conservative state and did support Bill Clinton in 92 & 96.
