Ryan says it's not a "voucher" because the government would send the payment directly to the insurer
Then, maybe we should tell him that he's not really paying income tax.

His employer is just sending some money directly to the IRS.

3. He's implying that a voucher (or coupon) would have to be some physical piece of paper.

8. Well, how else are insurance companies going to stay in business?
Given that health insurance companies don't provide anything of value, yet add enormous costs to consumers who want health care... how else will these folks stay in business if we don't prop them up with these kinds of scams?

After all, isn't that what this country is all about? Government of, by, and for the corporations?
