Janeane Garofalo: NewsMax Picking on Howard Dean

Comedienne-turned-anti-war-activist Janeane Garofalo complained on Sunday that NewsMax.com is one of three powerful conservative media voices trying to marginalize presidential hopeful, former Vermont Gov. Howard Dean.

"The proof that is a real threat is how much Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity's radio show picks on him - or NewsMax.com," Garofalo told HBO's "Real Time" with Bill Maher. "That is proof that he's a real threat."

Maybe that's why Garofalo also decided to offer this zinger about the Fox News Channel: "Fox News is the equivalent of the thick-necked jock that kicked your ass in high school," she told Maher. "They have grown up and they're harassing you now."
