Not suitable for the Presidency of the United Satates.

I particularly fear his support of Israel. We need a neutral president on the Palestinian/Israeli issue.

I belive he cannot be impartial on this issue due to his faith.

3. I had previously defended Lieberman on several...

occasions. After reading this, I've pretty much changed my mind. I'd put him with Sharpton in terms of electabilty. This article DOES NOT trash him, but my over-all reaction after reading it is very negative. And it doesn't appear to be a hit piece.

But to say he cannot be impartial because of his faith smacks of bigotry. So no Muslim or Jew can be President in your eyes? It doesn't seem to me that any of the candidates are neutral on the I/P issue. All of the major contenders support Israel, not only the Jewish one.

Do you consider yourself impartial? Is Rachel Corrie the only victim worth remebering?

6. This smacks of bigotry

Why is Lieberman's position on Israel such an issue when virtually every other Democrat running shares the same views on this topic? Why do you single out Lieberman and then try to indirectly attach blame for Rachel Corrie's death? There are words that I could use in this post, but DU rules preclude me from saying them.

and unelectable even in the primaries. The worst thing you can say about his judgment is his thinking he can seriously win. I won't bother about the other issues except to say bravo to his support of important Democratic issues.

HOW he supports them can be tragically misguided.

Of course all these guys have trmendous ego, but I wonder if he has been set up by the DLC with phony encouragement or simply to represent their
agenda views? Useless speculation except for one thing I will wait and see on.
