Say something nice about another candidate thread...
Here it is...your chance to show the DU world that not ALL supporters of a given candidate are x-bashers....state who you support and say nice things about as many of the remaining candidates as you feel like....

I support Howard Dean for President:

The candidates are listed in no particular order....

John Kerry: is an intellegent, articulate passionate member of the Democratic Party and had one of the best lines i've heard to date..."if you want to live like a Republican, you're gonna have to vote like a Democrat!" If he wins the nomination, he'll take Bush apart just by standing next to him....the smart will ooze out...

John Edwards: a great defender of the people....has worked his ass off to get where he is at and would make an excellent nominee for the party...would also make chimp boy look stupider...

Dennis Kucinich: I honor this man for his convictions, stalwort defender of all that is right in the Democratic Party, FDR, Truman and JFK would've loved this guy!!!! Very passionate speaker and makes you shout hotdamn when he speaks.....Bush need not show up for debates with this man...

Bob Graham: Was my Senator when I lived in Flroida...and was my initial choice...Very good executive, great with people, expert on the needs of this country to secure this nation from furthur Bush enabled attacks...Put simply....Bush will need every dime from his Saudi money laundering schemes to beat this man...

Carol Mosley-Braun: I have to say that I am very proud of my party that it was the first to have an African American women campiagn for the highest office in the US. Makes me feel that I am in the presence of an oracle when she speaks...often the most intellegent responder to questions during the debates....would make Bush come unhinged with her smooth and reflective style....

Al Sharpton: I love this man! He says everything that needs to be said! Slap that donkey AL!!! Certainly has several ideas re; his constitutional amendments that should be picked up if he does not win the nomination...

Joe Lieberman: steady Joe...another good line: "I know I can beat him cause Al Gore and I already did in 200." Comfortable about his beliefs and stands by them, something that is rarely seen today and I respect him for that...would destroy Bush in any debate the chimp was stupid enough to show up for...

Wesley Clark: Articulate, intelligent, has the correct view of how our militray should be used (in my view)...Would be a welcome addition to the list of candidates and seems to be responsive to the people who support him, which is a BIG PLUS...as they are the peasants of the party...like we all are...And would stomp a mud hole in Bush's ass and walk it dry....

There....join in and have some fun....

PS: I asked my class of 75 college freshman who could name 7 of the 9 dem nominees...not one raised their hands....I got about five to raise thier hands when I lowered it to name 2....and this was Michigan...one of our states....everyone should remember that it's early yet...we select our candidates democratically, not like the repugs do...through elite selection and be thankful that all...THAT'S RIGHT ALLL of our candidates could kick Bush's ass six ways to sunday...

4. Dean supporter here
Kerry great record, well spoken, intelligent, honorable.

Gephardt great health plan, much more passionate than in 88

Sharpton very articulate, pleasant surprise in that he seems to have studied up on the issues. Given that he holds no office I really expected more "I don't knows" from him.

CMB she is terrific. I loved her in the Senate and love her now.

Lieberman He isn't afraid to tell it like he thinks it is. That is a great quality.

Edwards Ungodly handsome and great law career. Also knocked out that toad Faircloth.

Graham He is so knowledgeable. I hope he gets the VP slot. I also love the work day thing.

Kucinich His passion and dedication is legendary up here. He also is awesome with remembering who he meets. He is a great congressman and was a great mayor.

6. Other than Joe
I actually like them all,and even Joe is good on many issues (the enviroment for one, which is very important to me).

I think it's a great field with some excellent choices...which might be why things get so heated here over them.

John Kerry: he would be my second choice if not for the stupid Dean Bashes by his supportors.

Dennis Kucinich: I really like Kucinich. I would like to see him run for president again 4 years from now, or 8 if a dem wins.

Joe Lieberman: sorry, can't do it
