Deans tops Kerry, Clark in New Hampshire poll
According to this new poll, Dean is holding steady and Clark is also gaining in NH.

The poll of 400 New Hampshire Democrats who said they were likely to cast a ballot on primary day, tentatively scheduled for Jan. 27, 2004, had a margin of error of plus or minus 4.9 percentage points.

3 different stories about the same poll:

1. very good
good news Dean, bad news Kerry, okay news Clark -- yet another poll validating Dean's position as the frontrunner.

2. Yep, that about sums it up
but this was nice:

"The poll also found Dean's popularity strong, with a favorable rating of 61 percent, while only 14 percent rated him unfavorably."

and this:

Our poll shows Dean's support is growing with more likely democratic voters viewing him favorably. And when we asked whether his lack of foreign policy experience disqualifies him from being president, 74 percent said no, just 19 percent yes, with seven percent undecided.

Some positive things about Clark, too, showing he has room to grow in NH.

3. He's going to get it from all sides there now.
But I have a feeling he can handle it.
