2004 Democratic Candidates Still Mostly Unknown

Despite having nine choices, today a large minority of the public says there is not a Democrat running who they would vote for over George W. Bush. And while Connecticut Sen. Joe (search) Lieberman is the Democratic candidate pluralities of Americans think is the most honest and trustworthy and the one with the best knowledge of the issues, the latest FOX News poll shows that over half of voters are still clearly unfamiliar with most of the contenders.

Clark 13%
Dean 12
Lieberman 11
Kerry 10
Gephardt 9
Edwards 3
Braun 3

1. A large minority won't vote for a Dem over Bush?
Hey, as long as it's not a majority.

2. Ha!ha! Your title spins better than Faux. Clark loses?
And is still ahead? Is this bigger or smaller than a large minority? Sheesh!

4. don't blame me...
Faux said "large minority" not me...

However I think the title of my thread is accurate. He is ahead by 1%, WELL within the margin of error of 3%... he lost 7% and there's a 5 way tie at the top.

How is this spinning?

5. Seems the repuke-lite attacks on Clark have brought him down..
a little. IMO, that's just a temporary setback. He might regain some of the support that fell off. The field is tightening and the individual state polls are what counts.

6. Lieberman honest?
He recently stated that Clark had 6 different positions on the Iraq war.
