...than writing to the mass media about their offenses; at this point they just love it when you moan and squeal.

We need to exert pressure from the outside. And not just using alternative media, but with legislation too.

5. i disagree with Step 2. A letter-to-the-Editor should be
unique and original.

MoveOn shouldn't be trying to trick an editor into running the same exact letter as another newspaper on the same day, with neither letter signed by the real author.

This is different than letters to Congress, which aren't for publication, and so many poeple sending the same exact letters are fine.

When one signs his name to a work for publication, it should be original.
