For those of you that can listen to BBC---my 2nd cousin will cover Ohio
He was chosen to cover the Ohio elections!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is the Dean of Ohio State University! He's a political science guy and has written books and been on McNeil-Lehrer and he touted Kerry during the primaries. His name is Paul Beck!!! Go Paul!

about the free speech amendment in the US they do not have this in th UK. not-for-profit media outlets cannot pay the legal costs to fight corporate lawsuits. so i wonder...
1. are foreign reporters guaranteed this right as long as they and the story is in the US? what bounds the protective power of the first amendment? influence of congress?
