1. Welcome to the Thom Hartmann fan club
IMO, he's the smartest guy on the radio. I love that he doesn't follow the rethug mode of talk radio, something AA does a little too much for my taste. He's articulate and courteous, as well as brilliant.

3. Your reaction sounds like mine
When I heard him first back on the IEAmerica radio stream, I felt like I finally found a sane voice. The more I listened, the more I knew I was right. The power of Thom has even converted more than a few RW'rs and helped them get their brains in gear.

4. same here, i really like him.
he has quite impressed me. now i see why randi rhodes only has glowing things to say about him. wonder if she had any hand in getting him to cover her slot this time instead of a 'best of..' show. if so, i would like to say thank you randi, thom hartmann is a wonderful voice and adds some extra diversity to AAR.

give me piss and vinegar along with sugar and spice. i want it all.

5. .
I listened as well and he sounded a bit like a history professor. Erudite to be sure but the masses are probably not going to want to listen to him.
