What's Wrong With CNN? (The Sunday Paper)
The Sunday Paper is a new Free Weekly Paper in Atlanta. Their Website is kind of weird, but this article is very interesting.
<>
I haven't read the whole thing yet, but it does say that, instead of improving what they put on the Cable channels, to improve ratings and win back Bloggers and viewers from Fox "news," they think improving what's on CNN.com is the answer.

I know it sounds nutty (it is) and I would be the first tell you that CNN is TOTALLY screwed up. They haven't got a clue.

Check it out (Page 15) <http://sundaypaper.com/>

1. No Ted Turner is what's wrong with CNN.
CNN = Corporate News Network. I can't stand to watch CNN. I remember when CNN was a real, international news channel. No more.

2. Ted doesn't own CNN anymore..................
Time Warner owns CNN I believe. NOW THERE'S the reason CNN is so screwed up. When Ted owned it, he ran it pretty damn good.

4. Ummm, that's what I said in my post...
"NO Ted Turner is what's wrong with CNN." If Ted were still around, CNN would actually be reporting news.

5. You think he'll ever buy it back?
Time-Warner has run it so far into the ground, it must be worth MUCH less than when he sold it.

6. I wish he would but...
I think he's gone beyond that now. Ted is a great guy. He may not have that much money or corporate influence now thanks to the * Junta.. God knows we need him now more than ever.
