CBS Evening News - Watergate Revisited

last story of the show, was interesting. Was today a particular anniversary of something from that era?
I wonder why Rather had that story today, just curious i guess.

lots of old footage, and interview with Colson..

just a heads up for Midwest and curious if anyone else saw the peice.

Also, i think Rather said he'd be on Letterman tonite.

1. I think he is revisiting historic portions of his career.

He had Vietnam coverage last night.

The spots are called Reporters Notebook. They are all things he covered.

I don't recall the network (they're so forgetable) but there was Watergate stuff on a few days ago.

When I saw your thread my eyes opened a bit.

Just praying that they're beginning to break it to the Merkun's slowly.
