If CPB&PBS has an ombudsman, why doesn't Armed Forces Network?

If CPB&PBS has an ombudsman, why doesn't Armed Forces Network?
They play unbalanced, no make that insane, programming by Rush Limbaugh that is right wing propaganda. We should insist that they monitor the programming and delete the programs that are biased and out of balance. After all, it is paid for by the US taxpayer, is it not?

1. That is weird
In the navy they always had a ship's ombudsman usually the executive (second only to the Captain) officer's wife or next senior officer's spouse. I would have thought all unit's had one.
