I wonder why we call it "the news" on TV?
On local or national news(I am talking about the majors) we cannot find out how our political leaders voted or what bills they have brought forth. A virtual void in broadcasting regarding pressing political issues that affect our daily lives. A simple voting chart and bill synopsis would do, but nope...nothing.
How about some charts on who is financing whom?

Nope, it's all about wonder drugs or celeb trials or murder or car chases or...

Why call it "news"?

9. We have the local news, and the national propoganda
Good idea. There's no legitimate reason to call that crap "news"
