Rightwingers like to call Chris Matthews a "Democrat", right?
Edited on Thu Nov-13-03 03:21 PM by SeveneightyWhoa
Well lookie what I found:

Mr. Matthews sees class warfare at the heart of much of what is happening in America. "Entertainment right now is culturally liberal," he explained. "Everybody's pro choice, pro gay rights. … Everybody's psycho. Nobody goes to church. It's all secular, sophisticated, urbane. All the things regular people have a problem with. I think that's more the reason for the cable phenomenon's going to the right."

2. He's conservative to the core.
He just said a week ago that nobody realizes just how conservative he is. I think he should make it very clear how conservative he is before he misleads people through another election. He's a Zell Miller Democrat, which means not at all.

3. Since when is "popular culture" related to how an outlet reports the news?

In a sane world, you wouldn't see "news" being slanted to offset the culture.
You would see more RW entertainment shows, wouldn't you?? If there is such a demand for RW shows to offset the "liberal" shows in the culture, wouldn't PAX TV be a top-rated network???? But it isn't.
