Of the six nominees being filibustered, four are white (Carolyn Kuhl,
Priscilla Owen, Charles Pickering, and Bill Pryor) and two are minorities (Janice Rogers Brown and Miguel Estrada). Two isn't a "bunch" and Kennedy's comment was about judicial philosophy, not race.

rigorous honesty. This guy is no more 'in recovery' than I am the man in the moon. I hope he chokes to death on his next set of pills.

Personally I think he tkes the drugs so he can tolerate his on-air personality. Wouldn't you. ;-)
