More republican corporate media bias: CBS News Pick Claimed Democrats are Bad People
Today, I learned that CBS News named Jeff Ballabon, a New York Republican activist, to serve as the Senior Vice President of Communications.

What is CBS thinking? This guy is very far out there with his partisan rhetoric.

A decade ago, I debated Ballabon in New York. I represented the Democratic Jewish community while he spoke on behalf of Republican Jews. During the debate, Ballabon claimed that, after his most recent job in Washington, he became convinced that Democrats are inherently bad people and Republicans are fundamentally good people.

What planet does this guy come from? It's astonishing that CBS News would name Ballabon to its senior management.

In fact, it is not atypical of Ballabon to use this kind of extreme partisan rhetoric. During the 2008 election, Ballabon said, "Obama is incredibly dangerous."

3. Why are you surprised at Corporate Pravda's picks?
Why would you not understand that the organization that forced Dan Rather to retire and castigated Mary Mapes, including firing her, for the noble work of bringing forth the
crucial reports about Abu Gharib? (Mapes was the reporter that first found out about prison conditions and torture in Ira.)

The M$ media launders the truth. (See report on what M$M did to keep MTBE validated. It's in my journal from June 22, "Big Oil carries the Day!"))

I paid attention to one of the big three's reports on Beverly Eckhert, the 9/11 widow killed in the recent New York plane crash. I knew nothing about her, but the news media's reports painted the picture of her as being opposed to the release of prisoners from Guantanamo, and how she is concerned that Obama will lose the advantages that BUsh brought about through his tough stance on terroritsts. Actually, her life was about exactly the opposite of all that.

But the collage of video and the quotes of her good friend were interspersed with talking heads' commentary that made her look as weird and conservative as Bush. Not once was it menitoned that she is a member of the 9/11 Truth Movement. This would be akin to saying that Harriette Beecher Stowe was for the enslavement of a whole race of people, or That Winston Churchill was a Hitler subordinate!
