It may be news to some but its no big deal to those involved with assassination research. His appalling tome Case Closed was an hilarious attempt at nailing the crime on Oswald the lone gunman.

Now what ever stripe you wear, it is advised you look at these articles before proceeding down the dark road that is the Kennedy assassination.

What this does of course is make people with no agenda but a simple difference of opinion look suspicious. It causes distrust and drowns out legitimate calls against bad researchers of which the CTKA tries its utmost not to represent. I hope that this post is informative and brings some good discussion to what is an increasingly important issue.

Does not diminish his research into the assassination of JFK. I hope this isn't used by the JFK conspiracy theorists as some sort of victory. They are the true losers in all this.

Oh and by the way I heard a dirty rumor that by being caught ripping off other peoples work and not crediting their efforts, has meant that it casts doubt on anything one has done previously! Boy, hows them apples!

Looks like Posner altered/falsified quotes in the material he plagiarized.
I'm relatively uninterested/agnostic on the JFK stuff myself. But Posner's falsification of quotes in his Daily Beast articles calls into question the validity of his reporting in the rest of his work (e.g. Case Closed).
