1. I have a 21.1 meg
file (.mov format). It seems pretty hi-quality, at least to me.

Not sure exactly how to get it to you, tho.

But, I use a Mac and therefore, am not a wonk. I'm more than willing to provide it, just need some guidance on how to do so.
