Please help refute "Clinton Actual History" email...

Just recieved this email from a mouth breathing ditto head I work with and I need a little help refuting it. Most of it is pretty easy to knock down, and I'll certainly point out "Commander Flight Suit's" actual war time record. The PS is interesting, though. Why do they not want Senator Clinton to "even think about running for President"? What are they afraid of?

the University of Arkansas ROTC, September 1969.

Bill Clinton reclassified 1-A on October 30, 1969, as
enlistment with Army Reserves is revoked by Colonel E.
Holmes and Clinton now AWOL and subject to arrest
under Public Law 90-40 (2)(a) "registrant who has
failed to report...remain liable for induction".

Bill Clinton's birth date lottery number is 311, drawn
December 1,1969, but anyone who has already been
ordered to report for induction is INELIGIBLE!

Bill Clinton runs for Congress (1974), while a
fugitive from justice under Public Law 90-40.

Bill Clinton runs for Arkansas Attorney General
(1976), while a fugitive from justice.

Bill Clinton receives pardon on January 21, 1977, from
Carter.

Bill Clinton (FIRST PARDONED FEDERAL FELON) ever to
serve as President.

All these facts come from Freedom of Information
requests, public laws, and various books that have
been published, and have not been refuted by Clinton.

After the 1993 World Trade Center bombing, which
killed six and injured 1,000; President Clinton
promised that those responsible would be hunted down
and punished.

After the 1995 bombing in Saudi Arabia, which killed
five U.S. military personnel; Clinton promised that
those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia,
which killed 19 and injured 200 U.S. military
personnel; Clinton promised that those responsible
would be hunted down and punished.

After the 1998 bombing of U.S. embassies in Africa,
which killed 224 and injured 5,000; Clinton promised
that those responsible would be hunted down and
punished.

After the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed
17 and injured 39 U.S. sailors; Clinton promised that
those responsible would be hunted down and punished.

Maybe if Clinton had kept those promises, an estimated
3,000 people in New York and Washington, D.C. that are
now dead would be alive today.

AN INTERESTING QUESTION:

This question was raised on a Philly radio call-in
show. Without casting stones, it is a legitimate
question. There are two men, both extremely wealthy.
One develops relatively cheap software and gives
billions of dollars to charity. The other sponsors
terrorism. That being the case, why was it that the
Clinton Administration spent more money chasing down
Bill Gates over the eight years in office, than Osama
bin Laden? THINK ABOUT IT!

It is a strange turn of events. Hillary gets $8
Million for her memoir. Bill gets about $12 Million
for his memoir yet to be written. This from two people
who spent 8 years being unable to recall anything
about past events while under oath!

Reach the chapter in Franken's book on Operation Ignore. In it, he describes how many terrorists Clinton did catch and how many terrorist attempts he did thwart and then contrasts it with Bush's total lack of attention to the problem. It's utterly damning. I can't believe Whistle Ass isn't in jail, I swear.

I don't have it at work with me, but it shows pretty clearly that Bush* should have stopped 9/11 from happening. For right now, you could point to the 8/6/01 intelligence briefing that Bush got that there was likely to be an attack using commercial jets. Add that the WTC had already been attacked once (and Clinton did get those guys, they're in NY jails right now). It wouldn't be too hard to figure out that it would likely be a target again.

Someone asked Condi on TV about commercial jets as missiles, and she denied that anyone in the White House was thinking in those directions. The 8/6/01 briefing proves that she was LYING.

The replies you have received directing you to Snopes, or some of other myth breaking sites are right on the money. That would have been my answer, only I would add that make sure you do a "reply all" so that everyone he sent it to learns that he is a raving idiot.

How many of his loyal friends signed up after 9/11?
After Afghanistan?
RIGHT NOW when the military truly needs "high calibre" people ready to serve back-to-back tours of duty in a combat zone?

Tell him to be a "Real" American - join up!! Don't let age bother him. The Big Green Machine will take him. I have a friend that joined just before 9/11 and he was 34! He even went airborne!

If he didn't serve, his kids (male and female) aren't serving, or he's not heading for the Army recruiter himself, call him out.

And, just so you know, my number in the draft lottery was 308 and I still went in. A lot of my friends at the time wanted no part of the military and tried like hell to get out of the draft. They're still my friends and I hold them in no disregard. The tried like hell to get into Guard units to avoid the active Army, but most were turned down because all those units were at full strength. That's also OK. I understand. They tired, they failed; now they prayed.

What's not OK is having daddy pull strings to get you into units that were fully staffed - and even had waiting lists. So, how'd you do that Mr. Quayle? Mr. Bush? Mr. Cheney? Congressman DeLay? Senator Craig? Senator McConnell? Rush Limbaugh? Senator (SPIT!) Chambliss? Etc......?
