the banks harmed by G H W Bush's son Neil in the Silverado
scandal in the 80's, they now bail out big banks' predatory
lending (after those banks busted anti usury laws) by
putting aside billions for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

This has been arranged by Goldman Sachs CEO, now Secretary of US
Treasury Henry Paulson, who while holding a 2nd hat, president of
Nature Conservancy, turned that network of wilderness shrines
into cattle ranches... purpose: to provide Goldman Sachs' Texas Pacific
holdings etc. a supply of animal flesh

This is the same Henry Paulson who as head of the IRS
worked with Rupert Murdoch and Maurice Greenberg to entrap Gov Eliot
Spitzer because of the latter's work to clean up Wall St.

...oligarcies, speculators and outright financial gamblers.

Paulson's policies go right back to those of Nazi Germany's economic plenipotentiary Dr. Hjalmar Horace Greeley Schacht who helped the Nazi rise to power and rearm for WWII. Although Schacht lost favor among powerful Nazis after 1939 his economic monetary policies were fascistic through and through.
