story about Palin today. http://www.adn.com/sarah-palin/story/583456.html

Sarah Palin might be VP yet.... in case you haven't noticed there is a U.S. Supreme Court case requesting Obama produce proof of natural birth in U.S. There are a growing list of electors who will also require proof. It's not over until the Electoral college votes on Dec. 15. from Joan Swirsky's America the Beautiful] If The Supreme Court Decides? At this point, Supreme Court Justice David Souters Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Obama, that his petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied, but the Clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by December 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond. If Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the Justices, who are unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship. http://thevalleytruth.wordpress.com/2008/11/07/the-supreme-court-and-obamas-birth-certificate/ ======================== Averting a Crisis in Confidence; Citizen files Lawsuit Against Washington Secretary of State Sam Reed demanding verification of Barack Obamas citizenship status. Go to the website of the U.S. Electoral College: http://www.archives.gov/federal-register/electoral-college/certificates.html Click on Certificates of Ascertainment which contains the names of the appointed electors and the 2008 Presidential Election Certificates for EACH STATE. Some have contact information and some do not. Contact those that offer information and communicate to them that: Electoral College Electors swear an oath to uphold the US Constitution. Voting for a presidential candidate, Barack Obama, while faced with compelling evidence that the candidate is not eligible to be president, would be a severe violation of constitutional law. The US Constitution rules. What you can do: 1) Copy this email and send it to your U.S. Senators and Congressmen/women asking them to take up this issue to protect our Constitution! http://www.visi.com/juan/congress/ LISTEN TO AUDIO of Kenya Grandmother stating that Obama born in Mombassa Kenya: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JlFc4wCpvSo Watch This Interview With Attorney Phillip J. 9. Dissertations are copyrighted and published and lodged in the University library.
Usually that's the only place for them. Any fool who wants to see a dissertation has only to travel to the appropriate university or graduate institution and ask the Reference Librarian for assistance. Then you can wade through it there. Or you can buy a copy from publishers who deal with them. UMI/Pro-Quest has electronic copies, but you can't get there from here -- you have to go through a university.

Freaking basic research.

Grades and transcripts, however, I think are private.

3. Anybody know anywhere you can find proof of the use of "African"
to describe blacks in Hawaii? I recall seeing somewhere that that was the official use back then.

6. Inasmuch as Barack Obama Senior hailed from Kenya, he was "African".
If Obama Sr. had been born in the USA, his racial designation on a birth certificate or other document in 1961 would undoubtedly have been "Negro". In 1963-65 my next-door-neighbors called themselves "Negroes".

There is a copy of Barack Junior's birth certificate right here

It looks awfully like the ones issued by the State of Hawaii for my own children in 1975 and 1978. The appearance and content of vital statistics documents varies by locale and changes over time -- my own from California 1947 includes my father's occupation and my footprint, and is white-on-black on some kind of thick photographic paper.

If you have questions regarding the practices of the State of Hawai'i I suggest that you correspond with someone at the DOH, as we used to call the Department of Health. The line forms over there <-- though I am sure that by now the famous patience and goodwill of the locals has been put to the test.

I am beginning to suspect that all questions beginning "Anybody know anywhere you can find proof of..." simply enable the wingnuts.

7. Yeah I think you are right

Basically the smart people are not taking these rumors and accusations at face value, and are questioning directly Hawaiian officials. This in itself I think defuncts any potential damage(which is probably closest to none anyhow) that the rumors could have. I pity the fools who try to spread such idiocy.

Just the very thought that everybody would be so complicit in such a vast(stupid, I might add) conspiracy is mind boggling.

8. What boggles MY mind is that Hawai'i has its own Repubs & nuts who could do this research in person
... and then report back to the wingnuts on the Mainland directly. Basic research into public documents is not that freaking hard. If the nuts on the Mainland don't trust their nutty friends in the Islands, they can take up a collection and send one of their own on a cheap tourist package to do it. Hawai'i is not on the other side of the Moon and you don't need a passport to go there.

But no. They spend untold amounts of time and energy chasing their tails and spinning yarns about elaborate conspiracies.

Maybe you need an IQ above room temperature to reason this out, but if it's so gol-danged important to them, they should do a little follow-through in the real world.
