How many times has he joked, jested, alluded, etc., to a Bush/dictatorship simile? I have two quotations, but I thought there was at least one other.

You've probably already seen the latest:

"It's not a dictatorship in Washington, but I tried to make it one in that instance. We are beginning to see some success in opening up federal coffers for faith-based programs."
--George W. Bush (quotation from "Bush Courts Black Voters", Washington Post, January 16, 2004; Page A09)

You can read the entire article that the quotation came from here on the Washington Post website.

There's also the following quotation, I don't know the date/place it comes from...

"If this were a dictatorship, it would be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator"
-- George W. Bush

4. Google bush/dictator vs clinton/dictator
George W. Bush = 159,000
Bush = 279,000
Clinton = 142,000

So I guess the dictator award goes to bush* and/or bush* sr.
