I just found out what Schwartzenegger did to Calpers

Calpers is the California State pension fund, and it's been at the forefront of corporate governance issues by leveraging its investments against, for example, bizarrely high CEO salaries, especially under Sean Harrigan. Now the corporation-friendly Republican governor has maneuvered Harrigan's ouster from the board.

1. Yes,
and a realtor who is very friendly to business has taken over. Now the corporate hogs can loot the companies to their heart's content with no fears of anyone finding out--until it is too late.
