HAS Iran started That Euro-based Oil Market ???
I know there was some discussion of it back in January as the war of words against Iran ramped up. Now gas prices are up. Way Up. The dollar continues to TANK. and Oil stock are FALLING.

Iran was supposedly starting up a oil market in March using a 'market basket' of currencies, but the prime one was to be the EURO. So are we seeing the effects of that here NOW?

If you look down through all the comments, someone links to a article stating that the starting date had been delayed until early 2006.
