pls tell me the year of bush Junior's first taxcut/rebate to everyone?

$ 300 "to spur the economy" was his reason.

1. pls tell the year

2. pls tell me if he called it

2. It was 2001

PS imagine the person-hours that would be saved, hours of work,

if all taxes just came directly from the payroll master at each factory.

say, a simple 15% from each total payroll.. figured out by an accounting pro there, who likes that kind of work.

No complex rulebook, no massive paperwork, no waste of my time.
