If your job doesn't offer it then get another job. It's not like your going to work the same job for thirty years, you know. Or get a job with the government or join the navy, other people have. Why not start a business? Something you might enjoy doing? Or go back to school and start a new career? So you are going to go back to school. That's wonderful! What are you going to take? Home land security management? This isn't another of your morbid jokes is it? There is actually a degree program in this field? Huge growth opportunities too. Nation wide openings. Good money and benefits.
So what's the draw back? And just why are you so interested?

Just because the economic structure of the western world is about to be transformed by a supposed powerful elite that is simply conjecture on your part. Everyone has read the history of Germany prior to WW 1 and how Bismark's policies lead to that war. What's the point? Credit crisis, bank failures, and depression only exacerbated the time line. You can't possibly believe we are on the same path. Who are we going to war with? Of course you don't know. Oh. Well you can't really count Iraq and Afghanistan. Really. You do recall 9-11?
