Does Andrea Mitchell have a conflict of interest?
Does she have a conflict of interest in covering the economy since she's married to Alan Greenspan?

Just asking.

I think MSNBC has a few too many corporate interests with the GE overlords watching over.

I prefer citizen journalism.

2. Big time conflict for Andrea "Mitchell "Greenspan
Not a peep have they mentioned.

What about David Gregory with the wife working for Fannie or Freddie -- not a peep.

These fakers need badges.

3. of course she does - and I have always felt she had some kind of agreement
with Morning Joe - she comes on, but they do not ask any Greenspan questions, or make any Greenspan comments during her visits.

That seems to be the way it has played out for some time.

4. Oh, you mean Andrea Mitchell Greenspan! As far as I am concerned

Allan Greenspan's lowering of interest rates ad nauseum was a big contributing factor to the mess we're in today. Remember the incessant teevee advertising about the historically low interest rates and the contant urging the American people to get out some of their equity or to buy a new home? Complicity in the market place. And, to answer your question, you betcha she has intertwined interest; I don't know if it would be regarded as true conflicting interest but it isn't good especially when she isn't forthright about who her husband is. I have heard it mentioned on air but it is glossed over quickly. Whispered enough to be considered 'notice', I guess. Pretty lame. imho
