As I recall the structure of bush's tax cuts for the rich means that they are larger NOW than before

The bush tax cuts for the rich were structured so that they would get larger as the bush presidency went on. I think they were to peak in 2010.

Look how bush's massive tax cuts have helped America: we are nearly in a depression.
