Here is how some of those

Tax cuts for the rich

Get spent ---

Gold foil 2" X 2" placed atop ice cream etc.

A NYC restaurant sells a $1,000 ice cream sundae, gold on top.

It passes unchanged thru the body..harmless..one can eat it without limit and remain healthy.
