Now, who wants to bet on the riots happening by Sept 15th?
I say the 15th though maybe earlier....

now that japan has ceased buying our debt...
now that china has ceased buying our debt....

now that inflation in real stuff like oil/soybeans/wheat/paper/lumber and any other damn thing that you might really need is starting to go double digits....

now over 9 millions long term unemployed....
now over 11 millions under-working (*either part time or low wage jobs)

actual job grow numbers from teh bureau of lies and subterfuge for last month released last friday were ONLY 18,000....and these were all low wage creations....ALL the other 200+ thousands were due to 'Natural population growth hedonics'.....yea?

and the previous month's were bogus also, as were the revisions...

some savy rusky econ prognosticators are saying 65 dollar a barrel oil by July which will equal how much in gas? $4 a gallon?

and just heard that china figures it can consume 3 times as much oil as now just on today's growth rate....

most people, don't buy it. In fact, can't, not with milk at over $4 a gallon, and gas at $2+ a gallon...

Now, the real revelation is that BushCo Choir, all spinning the same line is, as my pappy from Missoura used to say,
'like trying to teach a pig to sing. Don't do no good, and just annoy's the pig.'

So ask around, how many of the pigs....er....sheeple....er...voters do you know who are gettin a might tired of being taught to sing...

1. They're counting on riots in NYC in September
..during the corona...er, convention. The brownshirts are all lined up and ready, and the cops have been instructed to break heads and haul anybody who isn't a brownshirt off for the cameras.

6. Cops' instructions
"the cops have been instructed to break heads and haul anybody who isn't a brownshirt off for the cameras"

is that conjecture on your part, or do you have a source?

Thanks in advance.

2. How do you figure only 18,000 jobs in April???
The non-seasonally adjusted number was over 1 million.

You've got to hand it to him. lol

No predictions on gold today? I mean, since we're getting close to being down year-over-year (within two weeks now), I'd expect some predictions.

5. Oh... and look at that!

The dollar index is over 92 this morning?

Why.... I could have sworn that's right about where we were last June? How could that happen when the dollar was marching to zero?

I think we've caught and passed the October '98 low. Can we really still call this a "weak dollar"?

Goodness... if this doesn't stop by 94 there won't be any resistance through 98 or 99. Beginning to look like all those countries (Japan, China) "propping up" the dollar were actually making pretty "lucky" investments.

7. Treasury Bond auction shows Junker was SOOO close.

"missed it by that much"

Bloomberg
...indirect bidders were awarded 45.6 percent of the three-year notes sold today, compared with 46.8 percent at the last three-year note auction in February and 37.4 percent at November's sale.

Japan and China "ceased buying our debt" eh?
