A delightful day In SW Arizona!!!!!

We are having a gentle, day-long rain which is, finally, quenching the thirst of our parched earth. Too bad it is at the expense of our CA neighbor that is undergoing floods, mud slides and avalanches.

2. My cousin lives on Oak Street in Phoenix
within sight of Camelback. We often winter in Apache Junction, at the OK Corral, and have often seen Superstition Mountain obscured in low clouds like these. Strange to look east and not even know there's a mountain about a mile away.

two miles from the base of the mountain. Oak Street isn't too faraway. This was taken in Scottsdale close to Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale.
edited for spelling.
