Germany has been labelled the world's greenest country after it cut its energy use by more than any other state in 2007.

1. Greener than Iceland, who is converting to 0% fossil fuel use?
they aren't there yet, but they have set a goal and are advancing towards it, mainly throughthe use of geothermal.

I am off to read the article. What were the criteria for selection?
