WOODSTOWN - Three "recycled" homes have been relocated to Woodstown by Chapman Vail, a longtime resident and founder of Holistic Homes, LLC.
"There is a niche in home moving and recycling, nearly 200,000 homes are demolished each year," states Vail, a 1988 Rutgers School of Business Graduate and Green Advantage Certified Professional.
The goal of Holistic Homes is to provide environmentally efficient homes at an affordable price for the residents of Salem County. The homes are all 100 percent recycled. They were moved from Linwood and Brigantine where they were slated to be demolished. Vail relocates the homes to Woodstown where his team works to remodel the homes in an economical way.
With the economic and global warming issues facing the nation, Holistic Homes, LLC hopes to make the utility costs and the standards of living more affordable.
