Well I doubt if I will "mellow out" when the only environmental ideas I here on his show are how technology can use coal and drill in ANWR "cleaner".
He has a large show and influence so rather than fire on him I want to persuade.
I think my last email to him indicates that.
We need to diffuse our differences and come together for the common good.

Me:I am upset at your support for ANWR "exploration" drilling.
I sent you some info on hemp as an alternative fuel source that would invigorate our farmers. Wendy said she would pass it on to you. Did you read it? We can grow our own fuel be it from hemp, soybeans, etc..
I was dismayed at your comments today.
Please educate yourself on this important national treasure(ANWR) and
why we DO NOT need to be drilling in there.

Ed:Ted..
Mellow out...
It's a talk show. I'm open to all options.
It's not like I'm making the decision.
Thanks for listening.
Me:Hi Ed,
It's difficult to convey emotion with an email but I
was "upset" not livid...like I sometimes get...hahaha.
Anyway I listen all the time. I wish we could hear
more environmental issues. I am a big backer for
industrial hemp. My Dad was an Iowa farmboy, my Mom is
from Nebraska, and I was raised in the 4-H Club (CA
State swine judging champ) so I am close to the earth!
Chris Conrad is one of the foremost knowledgeable
authority's on industrial hemp and especially growing
bio-mass hemp as a fuel source.
Please consider him as a guest.
http://www.chrisconrad.com/bio.media.htmlhttp://www.equalrights4all.org/bach/BACHcore.htmlWe can leave the oil and trees in the ground while
revitalizing the family farm and our nation's economy,
all from this one plant.
This is a heartland issue if I have ever heard one!!
Great show Ed!
