1. Oil prices are based on several variables including supple and demand.

Your guess is as good as mine in predicting the price of oil next year. Just now I can buy Regular gas for about $1.12 in the DFW area. Will it be higher next year at this time? Probably, if the economy improves and people fly or drive more.

$1.99 per gallon in Stafford, Texas, at the Valero station, 9250 W Bellfort.
