Samso is energy independent and carbon neutral now. Video

I saw this on PBS World Focus this evening. Samso Island Denmark
started to go renewable 10 years ago and is now free of fossil fuels and is carbon
neutral. Very inspiring.

I think the lesson here is to go local and get the job done.
Perhaps we look at the energy mess and it seems to big to handle,
but if we think of it on a smaller more local perspective it seems more
doable.
