That's the last time I'll feed my worms potatoes.
Potatoes do not work well in the worm bin. They just started growing, and took over the whole thing.

Best thing to do is just plant them in the garden, I guess. :P

3. Hmmm.
The worm castings contribute quite a bit to the endeavor of the bud production. Maybe you're right. I should share with them. I feel bad that I never thought of it. :smoke:

2. Thanks for the warning
we don't eat that many potatoes and haven't had that happen...but I have grown tomatoes and peppers in my compost bin. I just put my worms in the compost bin. They go into the ground for the winter. I love my worms.

11. I throw them on the compost pile, with other yard waste and kitchen scraps.
They compost eventually, but I get lots of volunteers if I'm impatient. Well, I get lots of volunteers anyway, but I like that.

They do not go in the worm bin, so I agree with that.
