Senate debate on Energy Bill is on now

Charles Schumer, D-NY is doing a good presentation. This follows a data-choked presentation by George Voinovich, R-OH that made some wild claims like Lubrizol is moving operations from Wickliffe, Ohio to France to get cheaper natural gas. From my geography lessons, I recall that France has about no natural resources.

edit: is Senate testimony archive somewhere? (I would like to pick it apart)
