80% of Amercians hate SUVs. At least, other people's SUVs.

Saw this poll mentioned on Lou Dobbs, along with the interesting statistic that reduced driving by Americans after Katrina resulted in something like a 4% demand suppression for gas. See, that wasn't so hard... that's a signifigant decrease in carbon emissions too.
