John Kuehner,Plain Dealer Columnist Bobby "Boris" Pickett has updated his classic novelty Halloween song, "Monster Mash." In "Climate Mash," he pokes fun at polluters and leaders in Washington who act like zombies and vampires and ignore the threat of global climate change. A Flash animation of the song stars such horror creatures as President Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney and oil industry executives.
"Global warming is a huge problem, and Congress is acting like a bunch of zombies, just sleepwalking through it," Pickett said in a release. "President Bush is even worse. We are feeling the effects of global warming now, but even as these become more obvious, Bush just keeps fiddling while the earth heats up."
