Court Blocks Bush Clean Air Act Changes
By JOHN HEILPRIN, Associated Press Writer

WASHINGTON - A federal appeals court on Wednesday blocked some of the Bush administration's changes to the Clean Air Act from going into effect, dealing a major setback to one of the White House's biggest environmental decisions.

Is it just my imagination, or are there actually ethical judges who are little by little undermining bush's agenda of destruction of our planet?

2. Thank God for Judges
They are the only ones keeping Bush from selling out this country and plunging it into a hell of poorly paid citizens, no benefits, and environmental havoc.

This is why we need to put a Democrat, even a 'centrist' one, into the White House and keep them in the Senate...

Bush is attempting to pack the court in the favor of his corporate buddies, and only a handful of Senators are holding the line against him.

According to Molly Ivins in 'Bushwacked'...
