Who's monitoring Alaska pipeline damage from permafrost warming?

Are there any groups taking pictures of pipeline supports tilted because the supports were sunk into permafrost which is now melting?

Here's an article from last year.

I'm surprised there have not been emergency pipeline repairs because of melting. Or maybe the problem isn't that bad yet. Who knows? Any environmental group in Alaska monitoring?
