not sure about winter CO problem areas

this is great news, less money to the oil companies for goofy gas.
The other issues with RFG are not as bad

1. Somehow
I get a gut feeling AZ will still have a gas cocktail. Phoenix has many pollution alerts regarding air quality. My school district has been posting about 2 a week.

2. does AZ use ethanol or MTBE to meet oxygen content?
if ethanol is currentl used, ending the oxygen requirement might be helpful

3. MTBE is what I
see on the pumps when I fill my tank. I do know that the "cocktail" is what the media tells us is responsible for the higher prices of gas in the Phoenix areas.
