Wes Clark's "Common Voices" speak out on Global Warming!

Calling Common Voices: Global Warming

Hey everyone,

We need folks to volunteer to speak on this month's topic: global warming. We are looking for people willing to record a statement on any and all the following:

How do you believe climate change has already affected your life today?

How have you changed your lifestyle to try to help the cause of slowing global warming?

This year's Earth Day celebration is focused on climage change. What do you plan to do on Earth Day?

Wes Clark believes the significant consequences of global warming: more severe weather (like Katrina), rising of sea levels displacing populations, and the negative impact of agriculture will create conflicts between nations and affect the use of the military. Consquently, he believe global warming is a national security issue. What are your thoughts on this position?

Make an Earth Day resolution!

Please send me a note if you're interested. And feel free to pass this around and tell folks to contact me at commonvoices@securingamerica.com .

It's really easy to record. We just have you call into a phone number (501 area code) and record it like leaving a message.

I need your help!

Thanks,
Larry

1. On that topic, HBO will broadcast an earth-day program (4/22)...
called "Too hot (not) to handle." Based on their teasers, it seems to be something in the same vein as Gore's "inconvenient truth"

It looks great, however, I doubt that it'll get through to the cement heads that refuse to think Global Warming isn't real. Some people just wont trust their own eyes these days.
