Officials Will Alert Tribe Prior to Divine Strake Detonation
The U.S. government agreed not to detonate 700 tons of ammonium nitrate on the Nevada Test Site in July or August because of weather conditions.

The Western Shoshone tribe sued in federal court to stop the Divine Strake test altogether.

During a federal hearing Friday morning, the government agreed to the tribe's demands to notify them before the blast would take place so there can be a court hearing about safety risks.

The earliest that could happen is September.

What the hell where they thinking when they got that name?
Is it to test some new weapon, some divine weapon?
