1 hour, 23 minutes ago

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - A Mexican judge has ordered the arrest
of five employees of the country's top mining company, Grupo Mexico,
blamed for the death of 65 miners in an explosion in February 2006,
the company said on Monday.

Only two bodies have been recovered from the February 19, 2006
blast and victims' relatives are incensed at the lack of legal action
against Mexico City-based Grupo Mexico.

State prosecutors for the Coahuila state were the accident occurred
accuse Grupo Mexico of allowing a deadly mix of methane, heat and
oxygen to build up in the mine and failing to build proper
ventilation shafts.

1. I'm surprised anyone gives a shit.
I've been mentioning these poor fellows from time to time, but no one cared one bit.

3. Yesterday's Russian death toll is up to 100. Not front page news but...
...you still can find out about it.

I actually looked all year to see if they recovered any bodies from this Mexican disaster and until yesterday I had no idea whether they had done so.
