Who's coming to Chicago for Earth Day Green Festival?
*My original post got ZERO response in GD, so I thought I'd try again here.*

I'll be there! Greg Palast is speaking on mainstage at 2 pm Saturday! Meet me there!

Unfortunately, I will have to miss keynoter Frances Moore Lappe. (Remember Diet for a Small Planet?) She's scheduled for noon Sunday. Can't make it.

More than 300 Green exhibitors, lots of great presenters...and tickets are only $10!

You know who I really can't wait to check out?! Rickshaw Rick! My hometown, Oak Park, IL, (the BEST suburb of Chicago), actually has a new bicycle-powered cab service! I can't wait to see the pedicabs! How cool is that?!

Says it's at McCormick Place/ Lakeside this Saturday & Sunday (April 21-22). I won't be able to go, but it sounds very cool!
