A Guantanamo Bay prisoner has been held captive for so long that he has lost his right to live in the UK.
Saudi citizen Shaker Aamer's British wife Zinnira is so devastated by his plight she has needed treatment in Springfield mental hospital, near the Wandsworth home she shares with their children.
Zinnira's father, a retired imam from Battersea Islamic centre, went public last week, describing how his daughter wandered the hospital in a delusional search for her husband.
There are fears Mr Aamer's mental state has also deteriorated during years of imprisonment in notorious Camp Delta. <snip>
